All For Me *Single Serve Double Chocolate Protein Brownie
1 TBSP Coconut Oil, melted
2 TBSP maple syrup
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 TBSP GF flour (use 1:1 or add xanthin gum in recommended ratio)
Pinch of sea salt or pink salt
1 TBSP Chocolate Chips
1 TBSP Niyama Chocolate Plant Protein
2 TBSP oat milk (or your fave plant milk)
2 TBSP chopped walnuts
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and pour into a small oven proof dish
Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool, then enjoy!
