They are vegan, gluten & grain-free (the Chocolate Plant Protein acts as the flour), high in complete plant protein, super chocolatey, and quite satisfying. Great for a quick breakfast, healthy afternoon snack or even a treat in school lunches.
They take about 10 minutes to whip up and only 15 minutes to bake. If you are using the optional glaze, you will need to let them cool before you drizzle. It does add a bit of sugar, so feel free to leave the glaze off - they taste just as good without!
