1/2 cup hemp hearts or shredded unsweetened coconut or extra cocoa for rolling
Directions
In a food processor mix together the cocoa, water and coconut oil.
Add the dates, continue mixing, then add the protein powder. it should be thick and fudgy.
Roll into about 9 balls, or 12 if you want them smaller, and then roll each ball in your choice of coconut, hemp hearts or more cocoa.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes then enjoy!
Recipe Note
Can be stored for up to 5 days in the fridge in an airtight container, or freeze for up to a month.
