Ingredients

Sodium bicarbonate, Cocos nucifera fruit powder (Coconut milk), Magnesium sulphate (Epsom Salt), Maris Sel (Dead Sea Salts), Sodium Cocoyl (Coconut fatty acids), organic Citrus aurantium bergamia (Bergamot) fruit oil, organic Citrus sinensis (Orange) peel oil, organic Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil.
Directions/Cautions

Fill your tub with warm water.

Add at least 3 TBS (1/5 package) of Bath Soak under running water, and swirl around.

Immerse yourself in the water, and breathe deeply. Soak and relax for at least 20 minutes.

Drink water, herbal tea, or any of our Niyama wellness powder drinks before, during, and after your bath.

Towel off gently.

Hot or warm baths should not be used by people with certain medical conditions (including those who are pregnant or breastfeeding), except on the advice of a physician. Keep out of reach of children.
FAQ

Q: My bag of Just Hold me is a bit puffy – is it ok to use?
A: Yes, it is totally ok to use. We are finding that when exposed to hot weather or humidity, the baking soda and coconut milk powder create a puffing effect in the bag. The product inside remains completely undamaged and opening the bag or even piercing with a pin will release the trapped gas. In future we may vent the bags.
