Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping anywhere in Canada on orders over $75, after discount and pre-tax.  We use a few different couriers depending where you are located, but typically your order will ship within 2 business days and you should have it in 3-6 business days. We cannot guarantee speed of shipping.

RETURNS

We absolutely want you to be delighted by your order experience. We do our very best to make products that are exceptionally high quality, and delightful to use.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know ASAP so we can rectify this for you. Ideally within 7 days of delivery, maximum 30 days.

Returns of Unopened Products

We will happily accept returns of product in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery. Product must be in saleable condition and will be inspected upon return prior to refund (less any shipping/handling costs) being issued to your original payment method.

Please email us at heythere@niyama-wellness.ca with your order number, date and reason for return and we will get back to you with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping. They are also accountable for their package until we physically receive it at our warehouse. This also implies that the items must not be damaged inside the box when the parcel is received. For this reason, we recommend using a box that will protect the item(s) & trackable shipping method and keeping a record of the tracking number until the return is completed. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Note: we do not accept returns on Clearance/Sale items or gifts.

Returns of Opened/Tried Products

We are unable to accept returns on open or used products. Please feel free to contact us at heythere@niyama-wellness.ca if you have any questions; there may be some exceptions.

Please ensure you read all ingredient info fully prior to ordering.
