Hello Angel, I noted with surprise your 2 star review for our Glow & Flow and wanted to follow up to see what you didn't like about the product, as it is one of our top sellers and almost exclusively gets 5 star reviews. But I see that you haven't received your order yet. So very sorry for the delay - I'm not sure if you have used the tracking provided but when I track it it looks like there have been some sever weather events that have caused a delay in shipping. Unfortunately, neither I nor my warehouse has any control over the courier once the shipment leaves our building, which is very frustrating and can lead to order delays that are beyond our control. Our Warehouse is following up with the courier to get a firm date, or to reship your order. We hope you will reconsider and reveiw our Glow & Flow once you have tried it - thank you so much!
