2 cups unsweetened original or vanilla plant milk of your choice
2 TBSP maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract (leave out if using vanilla plant milk)
fresh or frozen strawberries
granola (optional) for topping
Directions
In mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the berries and granola
Mix well and pour into 4 small jars (or 1 big one)
Refrigerate overnight
Enjoy cold or warmed in microwave and topped with berries and granola
