Having stopped zopiclone for sleep due to its addictive properties I was looking for a healthy alternative to help me sleep through the night. SLB has proved itself since I started it 2 weeks ago. I'm having longer periods of sleep and am able to go back to sleep relatively quickly if I wake up at 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. Would highly recommend this product.

Had I known about Niyama sooner, I would have made the change to this Canadian gem long ago. It’s actually delicious to drink. The Raspberry Lemonade tastes like exactly that…. beautiful Raspberry Lemonade. It doesn’t feel like a chore to drink. Unlike AG1, the ingredients are listed on the bag. I suggest they start sending new customers either a logo shaker bottle or a sticker to put on our AG1 branded bottles…. so customers can promote this beautiful Canadian brand.

I tried many things after my last life explosion to get my sleep patterns back to their normal. I had been taking Daytime Zen which has been an amazing help so I ordered Sleep like a Buddha. I found it is not working for me…I have terrible insomnia and I have been trying 2 capsules a night for 6 days and I am still not able to fall asleep.
Im so sorry to hear this Sherry, not being able to sleep is the worst, and it sounds liek Sleep Like Buddha was not right for you at this time. At this point it would be a good idea to see your healthcare professional - it's dangerous to leave insomnia untreated.
