Smooth, sweet & creamy on a hot day, these bars are made with just 3 ingredients: berries (fresh or frozen, any kind or mix them), canned coconut milk, and Glow & Flow Vegan Collagen Booster. Perfect summer treat with skin-loving benefits!

You can also drink this as a smoothie - it will make two servings.

Ingredients

1 can full fat coconut milk - i like Cha's Organic
1 cup berries - fresh or frozen - i used strawberries but any work or used mixed berries
2 scoops Glow & Flow

Directions

Combine coconut milk, berries and Glow & Flow in a blender
Whiz together on high
Pour into popsicle molds
Freeze at least 3 hours or overnight and enjoy!

Recipe Note

The amounts might vary depending on the molds you use. Mine makes 6 popsicles and holds a total volume of 2 cups.
