This is for everyone who messaged after we launched Glow & Flow, asking if it could be mixed with vodka, and for everyone who was thinking it, but didn't message LOL.

And the answer is YES - it makes a deliciously deceptive cocktail so be careful - it tastes like a popsicle. Cocktails with benefits coming up!

Ingredients

3-4 oz good vodka
1 scoop Glow & Flow
Ice
cold water (leave out if you do 4 oz vodka)
sparking water to top up

Directions

Put everything except the sparkling water into a cocktail shaker ( or use your Niyama shaker!)
Shake well for at least 30-45 seconds to chill everything to icy cold
Pour into 2 fancy glasses, top with a splash of bubbly water and toast your health & happiness!
