Hi, got my first order on Thursday and started taking the "You've Gut This" plus the Superfoods powder in a morning glass of water. I bought the YGT powder because I have been experiencing a lot of gastrointestinal distress – bloating, gas, and discomfort. My diet hasn't changed, so I've really been at a loss about what the cause is and how to treat it. (My doctor shrugged and said, "digestion slows as you age" and didn't give me any other advice or suggestions.)
ANYWAYS, I cannot believe that I have now been free of gastro upset for several days in a row. This is like a miracle! Every night I had been lying in bed, in discomfort, sometimes putting a heating pad on my stomach to try and reduce the pain. And now it's just ... gone! THANK YOU!!!!

Flavour is good not too sweet like some are saying. I take it with more water. It clumps a little bit mixing with a spoon a blender might be better. Will def order again
