Chocolate Chip Baked Oats

Chocolate Chip Baked Oats - Niyama Wellness

What is cozier than oats with melty chocolate chips?  These remind me a bit of the oatmeal chocolate chip muffins i loved as a kid, but pack a more nutrient-dense punch without any refined sugars.

Delicious straight out of the oven with a blob of your favourite yogurt, or super yummy as a cold "square" to snack on.
