I find sometimes what i miss in Dry Januray isn't always the alcohol itself but the ritual of having it - whether it marks celebrating a win, or the end of a long workday, or jsut a special moment with my love - this feels intentional and satisfying in a different way.

Nourish winter skin and gut health with this gut-friendly, collagen boosting mocktail! Delicious anytime of day.
Ingredients

1 scoop Niyama Glow & Flow
-
1 scoop Niyama You’ve Gut This
-
1 ½ cup cold, pure water
-
ice cubes
-
Fresh berries (optional but pretty)
Directions
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker or shaker cup
Shake well, until fully combined and chilled
Pour into a fancy glass and garnish with fresh berries
