in a blender combine pineapple chunks, water, canned coconut milk, ice and a scoop of After Practice
Blend well until smooth
Pour into preferred glass and garnish with pineapple

This blender mocktail tastes just like a pina colada, but doesn't have the alcohol or the added sugars. Perfect on a day when you are dreaming of being away on a beach vacation and longing for tropical flavours.
She loved the product, the skin feel and relaxation was what she really raved about. Haven't used it myself, but i enjoy the other products like the sleep drink. Love your work guys, keep it up.

Got for tendon repair in fingers, 50yo male plant based eater, from using I noticed that my face was more elastic and started to look better. It’s hard to see tendons, distinguish actual progress from physio vs product but for the face it’s an unexpected bonus ( for my intended use ) and clear results.
