Pumpkin Spice Protein Latte

Pumpkin Spice Protein Latte - Niyama Wellness

Remember the times before Pumpkin Spice Lattes (or PSLs)?  They are like a distant memory now, not quite like VHS, but probably right back there with DVDs, right?

I do love everything pumpkin and cinnamon, especially in the fall, but i don't like the sugar content and the ultra sweet taste.

Here's the Niyama take on a healthy PSL - hope you enjoy it with a book by a window watching the leaves turn.
