1/2 cup PB - you can melt it a little to make it easier to work with
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup maple syrup
Directions
in a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together
in a smaller bowl or large measuring cup mix together all the wet ingredients. you can also do this in a blender if you kike.
Preheat oven to 350 F
Add the wet to the dry and combine well, then pour into a 9 x 9 glass baking dish.
Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown, and cooked through. Enjoy warm with scoop of yogurt of your choice, or drizzle with more PB, or let cool and cut into squares. You could even have them with nice cream!
Recipe Note
I think these would freeze well, but they were gone so fast i didn't get to test that out!
Snickers Baked Oatmeal
Aug 06, 2021
This recipe was created by Ariel, who runs all things social for Niyama. It's delicious as a warm, hearty breakfast , but it also works really well cold, cut into snacking squares. Like REALLY well - these disappear fast! And they legit taste like snickers. You can drizzle some extra melted PB over the top but they are just as good without!
