Perfect downtime drink

No better way to finish the day, then hydration and the nice flavour of the pineapple drink. Has also eliminated my leg cramp problems. I sleep better also. Highly recommend!

I deal with insomnia, and this has been the only thing that helps me wind down consistently. My favourite flavour is prickly pear - not only delicious but incredibly cute and pink. I didn't realize how much it was helping me wind down in the evenings until I ran out. It is now part of my nightly routine, and I travel with it! Highly recommend to anyone looking for something gentle, effective, healthy, and genuinely enjoyable before bed.

I have been wanting to add a Creatine to my diet so when I saw Niyama now has one, I was sold. I love adding it to my smoothies every morning. It has no taste and provides many extra benefits! Excited to see the changes as I continue my strength training.

A lot # issue? Love the taste, but the powder is clumpy in the bag

I have bought 3 of these, all of the same lot #. All 3 of them are basically a solid brick in the packaging. I have to take a rolling pin and bash the bag back down into a powder. Needless to say, it doesn’t dissolve well because of this. I’ve purchased it in the past, and never had this issue. It’s almost as if this lot got damp some how. On bag 2/3, because I don’t want to waste my money, but sheesh.
